To ensure the quickest possible delivery, your order will be shipped from our Shipping Center in Canada. We also ship WORLDWIDE.

Delivery Times & Costs

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and are subject to service disruptions that are beyond our control (for example carrier warehouse closures, new customs policies, etc). Please review Order Tracking regarding tracking of your order.

Please note: We do not guarantee your order will arrive within these time frames

Canada - Orders should arrive within 3 - 14 business days. Cost: CA$20 per order up to CA$420. FREE DELIVERY for all Canadian orders above CA$420!

USA - Orders should arrive within 5 - 14 business days. Cost: CA$30. FREE DELIVERY for all USA orders above CA$420!

Europe - Please allow 3 - 14 business days for delivery. Cost: CA$35.

Australia & New Zealand - SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Africa - Please allow 7 - 21 business days for delivery. Cost CA$180.

Rest of The World - Please allow up to 25 business days for delivery. Cost: CA$70.

Order Tracking

All orders are fully trackable. Signature on delivery is not required.

After your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number with your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. Click the tracking number to track your parcel at www.CanadaPost.ca

If you are ordering from the USA you can use the tracking number to track your parcel at www.usps.com after it enters the USA.

FAQs

What shipping courier will my package be shipped with?

- All packages are shipped via Canada Post and will then transfer over to your country’s local postal services

What happens if the post loses my parcel and I did not purchase delivery insurance?

- Unfortunately orders lost in the post for shipment outside of Canada will not be reimbursed if delivery insurance is not purchased.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your goods within the estimated times listed above, please contact your local postal service with your tracking number, as they may be holding your package.

Once you have done so without success, please contact us, we will make inquiries to try and track down your parcel with the relevant postal service.

Should you not be at home when a delivery is attempted, your postal service will leave a slip through your door and your package will be returned to your closest main post office, waiting for collection. If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to nowhere and it will be lost! So please make sure you purchase shipping insurance and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship.

Important Things To Note

Shipping times are different than processing times. Your order and payment will be processed within 48hrs of submission. Your order order will be dispatched and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Shipping days are Monday - Friday (excluding Canadian holidays).

Please ensure you enter in your correct shipping address. Delivered, or lost packages will not be reimbursed if your shipping details are entered incorrectly.
